ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, and Delta. All charges are made in Pounds Sterling. By clicking the 'purchase now' button you are authorising us to deduct the cost of the toys in your Basket, and the delivery charges shown above, from your account.

Credit Card Security - All credit card details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. Postal Orders - We accept 'UK Postal Orders' in Pounds Sterling denomination only.

Postal Orders must be crossed and made payable to Kerrison Toys.

AVAILABILITY
There may be times toys you order may be out of stock, sold out or unavailable for some other reason. Kerrison Toys take no legally binding agreement for the sale of any toys until we accept your order by dispatching the toys to you. If we cannot deliver any part of your order due to shortfalls and lack of stock, we will inform you ASAP and refund your card account with the full cost of those toys.

BACK ORDERS
We do not guarantee availability of any toys not currently available. We will however inform you when stock becomes available so should you wish to still order, you can do so.

PRICES
Where a reduced price is shown the toys have been on sale at the higher price in one or more of our Kerrison Toys Stores for at least 28 days during the previous 6 months.

All our prices are quoted in POUNDS STERLING and include UK Value Added Tax (17.5%). Payment is not accepted in any other currency.

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

CARD CHARGES
We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or any other reason. Overseas customers please note the conversion to your currency will be with our Bank, at the rate ruling at the time of shipment, which could be different than at the time of ordering

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT DETAILS
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT. With a minimum postage & packaging fee of £3.50 for most UK orders. We will endeavor to deliver toys to selected countries by courier to the delivery address given with your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Delays in shipment will be notified.

Standard Delivery - Our Standard Delivery charge to most UK Mainland areas is £3.50 per delivery for any number of items up to a maximum of 25kg. Standard Delivery should have your goods delivered within 7 working days following the day of ordering (not including Saturday & Sunday).In the case of very low postage costs we will advise you and credit the appropriate amount to your order.
We also offer Express Delivery on in-stock items (Next Working Day), this is charged at £5.95.

For Express Delivery, extra large or heavy items weighing over 25kg we will give you a quotation, usually within one working day, before processing the order.

Overseas Delivery - Please call +44 (0) 1603 494008 and our friendly staff will advise all overseas customers of the most cost effective price for shipment of the goods within one working day. U.K. Orders: - Please allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delays. Overseas Orders: - Please allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delays. If any of the goods received appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not accept or sign for the goods. If however, you were unable to sign for the goods or on opening the package the goods are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy.

RETURNS POLICY
Toys can only be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. If goods are returned in any other way then we will not be obliged to accept the toys or to credit your card account. We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Kerrison Toys. Please be sure you have selected the correct items as we do not send out products on approval.

CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
Unsuitable items If you are not happy with any of your purchases from Kerrison Toys, you may return the item within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. On the condition that all goods returned are received in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with their instructions, your card account will be credited with a refund for goods (less the cost of postage & packaging). However, the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility and it is recommended that you use a registered delivery service to ensure we receive the goods in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. (This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.)

Faulty Goods
All our toys are guaranteed for 3 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please send an email: Aylshamrd@kerrisontoys.co.uk or call 01603 494008 and we will make arrangements to either replace, repair or refund the item. Please note this does not cover fair "wear and tear". This does not affect your statutory rights.

ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.K.
We only accept returns from customers outside the United Kingdom if purchases are damaged on receipt. Please contact our friendly staff by e-mail, telephone or fax, regarding your problem and we will deal with it as promptly as possible.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify or substitute products without notice. All toys on the website and any advertisement are invitations to treat only and are not offers. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect Kerrison Toys shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
