Delivery Information

There is NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT. With a minimum postage & packaging fee of £3.99 for most UK orders. Highlands and Islands could be subject to surcharge, we will contact you if this is required.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery - Our Standard Delivery charge to most UK Mainland areas is £3.99 per delivery for any number of items up to a maximum of 25kg. Standard Delivery should have your goods delivered within 7 working days following the day of ordering (not including Saturday & Sunday).In the case of very low postage costs we will advise you and credit the appropriate amount to your order.

We also offer Express Delivery on in-stock items (Next Working Day), this is charged at £5.99.

For Express Delivery extra large or heavy items (weighing over 25kg) we will give you a quotation, usually within one working day, before processing the order. Due to Size & Weight some items can not be shipped via our couriers. Please contact us and we can enquire prices for shipping for these items. 

Next day delivery dependent on Courier Pick Up time from Kerrison Toys. 1-2 Working days estimated.

Fireworks are for Collection only or Local Delivery can be arranged, please enquire for details.

Collection only available from our Aylsham Road Store, Norwich, UK

We will endeavour to deliver toys to selected countries by courier to the delivery address given with your order.

Delays in shipment will be notified.

Delivery Timelines and Overseas Delivery

For Overseas Delivery - Please call +44 (0) 1603 494008 and our friendly staff will advise all overseas customers of the most cost effective price for shipment of the goods within one working day.

U.K. Orders: - Please allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delays.
Overseas Orders: - Please allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delays.

Damaged goods

If any of the goods received appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not accept or sign for the goods. If however, you were unable to sign for the goods or on opening the package the goods are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you the return cost. Please email us before sending to confirm the return. If the product is unwanted, and unopened, you have 7 days to return the product. It must be in a saleable condition.

If you have received the incorrect product, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent, and provide details on how to return the incorrect item.

All returns must be actioned within 7days of the delivery.
